are there any leads websites that you would recommend do they work? Iam looking to get bussines in Chicago area. what would be the best working website to buy leads from?

Look for homes that have little kids and pets. Nothing can track in dirt like they can. Keep an eye on school buses, be sure you don't look like a stalker, wear a uniform or use your business vehicle, when the bus stops hand out business fliers. Young mothers with small children have no time to clean. I've been looking into this line of business myself here in New York and I got this advice from a Stanley Steamer guy at my sisters house in Florida. She's an older person so if you have any 55 + communities around you check them out.

Does anyone know where to find floor cleaners/machines/buffers etc. for commercial use in Chicago or surrounding suburbs?? I own a residential/commercial cleaning service and a client has requested I clean their warehouse floors with a special floor cleaning machine. He says the house doesn't get too dirty, so it should only take me 3 hours to clean. If he only wants me to work for three hours, is it fair for me to charge $15 an hour? The home owner will provide all cleaning supplies.
